Manor House, the home of AP Farm Properties, is surrounded by 130 acres of prime grassland and has wonderful views over the rolling warwickshire countryside. We have specialised in letting properties for the equestrian enthusiast for the last 5 years and are continually updating and improving our facilities, as shown on the Livery page.
Manor House is situated off the main Claverdon to Shrewley Road about 5 miles north of Warwick town and 5 miles from Stratford upon Avon. We have two properties we let to equestrian enthusiasts and offer stabling, grazing and accept well behaved pets. The full details of these properties are shown on the relevant pages.
This part of Warwickshire is renowned for its motorway, rail and airport access. Commuters to either Birmingham or London can do so by rail from Warwick Parkway, or by motorway links via M6 or M40.
